It's been a busy few months! we've been working hard on a new album that we're really proud of and we're very excited to share with everyone! We did tracking at the famous Sound City Studios in LA and Blue Roof Studios with producer/engineer Doug Boehm (The Vines, Elliott Smith, Danzig, Screaming Trees and Guided by Voices).
We also filmed a video for one of the songs, "You've Been Warned", Thanks to Tiffany Frances and crew our New Video is out! we also have some up coming shows in January and February. check it out on the shows page!

New Demos on Dirty Sweet - Acoustic
We're almost done mixing the new album...and I thought it would be fun to post some of the new home demos we've recorded on our Acoustic Myspace page.

When one of us has an idea for a song we get together and try to record it as quickly as possible, so we don't forget it. This is usually done at my house on a modest Pro-tools rig (Mbox!). I'm no expert with Protools, so these tunes don't sound great! Fortunately, it's not about that...it's about the idea. I don't even have a drum set at my house so anything that sounds like drums is probably me slapping a filing cabinet or anything I can find!

Some of these songs have turned into 'full band' productions on the new album and some didn't even make the cut.

We're playing the Stay Classy Charity Event on July 12th before the padre game. It's All Ages !! see below for details:
Presale Specials! (tickets are limited!)
+ June 5 - June 12: $10 Ticket and includes ticket to ballgame!
+ June 13 - June 29: $15 ticket to Tailgate. $25 w/ ticket to ballgame.
+ June 30 - July 12: $20 ticket to Tailgate. $30 w/ticket to ballgame.
+ Day of the event: $20 entry (very limited). Ball game tickets will be sold at the event.

The Stay Classy Tailgate is an all-day music event that takes place on the streets of downtown San Diego before the baseball game at 7:05 PM. Certain presale tickets include a ticket to the ballgame that night with the thousands of people who attend the event (look at pricing schedule for details)! For those who are 21+, the night continues at the Fleetwood where your ticket gets you free entrance. As always, a portion of proceeds from the event will go to benefit local charities through our Foundation!
